Discount Tire

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Josh and the entire staff at Discount Tire! I ordered my tire online, and unfortunately, it was delayed in transit coming from California. This was completely out of the local store’s control, and I absolutely do not blame Josh or the team for the delay. In fact, they went above and beyond to make up for something that wasn’t even their fault. Throughout the delay, they continued to follow up with me by phone, kept me updated, and apologized several times—even though the shipping delay had nothing to do with them. That level of customer service really stood out to me. As soon as my tire finally arrived at the store, they called me, got me in right away, installed it, and had me back out the door. They truly made me feel like a VIP from beginning to end! Josh and the entire team showed what excellent customer service is supposed to look like. They took ownership of the situation, communicated with me throughout the process, and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Josh and the entire Discount Tire team! You turned a frustrating shipping delay into an excellent experience, and I truly appreciate everything you did. Five stars all the way!

I had a very positive experience at Discount Tire. Josh assisted me with replacing my damaged tire and was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. He made everything clear, handled the service efficiently, and made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would gladly recommend this location to others. Thank you, Josh!

Discount Tire has now become my go to for tire issues from now on. I had worked with an employee named Josh today. He was very kind, personable, and helpful. He helped me get new tires within hours and gave me great communication throughout the process. Fair prices and hardworking people!

Such a great shop, they were so very helpful and prompt getting a replacement tire for my vehicle that I then decided to go ahead and replace all the other tires on the car and also buy sets of tires for two other vehciles.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a tire place. Needed a new set of four, and called to confirm the process for ordering online. They told me I could get the same online discount in person, and they had an appointment slot available only two hours from then! Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was texted a link to track the progress of my car, and it was done around an hour later. If you do need to wait, their lobby is light and airy with plenty of seating and AC. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
